READING ME 3/19

I sometimes do read when I'm not at school. Since I decided to take an interest in the medical field, I started reading books about the anatomy, diseases and the brain. I can also look it up on the internet but reading it in books is easier for me because I have always loved reading books. What I read is mostly any book that is mystery, romance, or action; like the book being exciting because I love solving the mystery or what may happen next and it keeps me on my toes. I have read 4 books about one story and it was probably romance but it was a good book.

In the book Les Miserable, Jean Valjean began his journey viewed as a criminal. He wanted his sister and her children to eat but went to prison for years and they forget about him. Later, in the book the author talks about his journey after prison.   Jean Valjean is a dynamic character because throughout meeting people like the bishop he realized he had no motive to be the same person he was before. "WRITING ABOUT LIFE AND DEATH "

The katha Upanishad qualifies as an allegory because it has death as a character but it's not really a character just a metaphor, explaining what death may be.  For example, when Yama is talking to Nachiketa he asks him if he would still exist after death. Then Nachiketa doesn't want to tell him because it was a secret . He kept on insisting to know the truth about death . When death appears as a character to explain what happens, it's like a metaphor because it's not really there and no one knows what will happen after death. When our mother gives birth to us she is sentencing us to death. Which is why Yama insisted on wanting to know what will happen after death  .   The other reason it qualifies as an allegory is how Nachiketa symbolizes what's best about being a teenager. He doesn't tell Yama the secret if they exist after death or not. He does tell Yama to wish for anything else . For example, he says " You can have all the girls, money or anything el
