BOOK VS. LES MIS MOVIE 5/29

The difference between the book and the movie is the details, dialogue, and music. In the movie the characters are singing their parts instead of saying the actual words from the book but it is a movie so if it were exactly like the book it would be a 5-6 hours movie. Obviously the book does not have music in it but it would be the same if the narrator read the book like it was meant to be read. If it is laughing or crying etc. The details are so different, the book has to have more details than a movie because you can take your time reading the book and knowing all the details. Like I said it would take up to 5 - 6 hours if both had the same details. I think the director only puts what is necessary for the person who watches the movie to know and not add much of the details that is not really necessary. Both the book and movie are really interesting.
